About ME

Certified, published, and tech-focused.

My journey started in two worlds: by night, I was a volunteer suicide counsellor. By day, a technical project manager on a failing enterprise project for one of the biggest insurance companies in Africa: 20+ people from different service providers, each protecting their own SLA, no sign of progress.

Within a year, with the help of some great coaches, that group became one of the highest-performing teams in the area. This became the throughline of my work: facilitating transformative spaces, coaching relationships, and supporting leaders in designing systems that enable performance.

I’m certified in Coaching for Transformation (CFT), Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Open Space Leadership, and Agile Facilitation. I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology, and a diploma in Positive Psychology.

I’ve co-founded a company coaching distributed teams and leaders, co-published a book on remote facilitation, and worked with organizations including HSBC, Adblock Plus, WordPress.com, and Old Mutual, among others. Today, I co-lead Learning and Development at Automattic, drawn to its mission of shaping a human-centric future for the web.
