Global Facilitator and Leadership Coach working with tech teams

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do, with your one wild and precious life?” Mary Oliver
Team Performance
For groups wanting to enhance their performance, I offer training, consulting, and facilitation. Vision setting, thinking strategically, navigating change, designing new processes, and project retrospectives are some of my favourite topics.
I also provide group coaching and conflict navigation. I allow leaders and team members to be fully present in the conversation by taking care of the process.
Leadership Coaching
I help leaders build confidence in their approach and define their own style of leadership. We work through topics like values, energy and focus, conflict management, relationship building, influence without authority, and more.
I work with first time leaders and seasoned executives, across of a variety of roles. I also offer leadership team coaching for teams facing complex dynamics.
Workshops & Offsites
For mission-led groups who want to connect deeply and play at their highest level, I have a menu of workshops and design custom events.
Some examples: week long cross-functional strategy sessions, complex project debriefing, resilience and renewal gatherings.
Published Author
I co-authored a book on remote facilitation and collaboration (now published in three languages) and speak on leadership, teaming, and organisational performance, especially in distributed contexts.
I speak at conferences, meetups, and community gatherings. I also offer custom talks for organisations.
